Russian speaking jobs have been in decline over the last couple of years due to decline in Russian speaking jobs, it's not rocket science but it happens. There have been a couple of points that have made this number start to overturn recently and it involves awareness and technology. The largest search engine in Russia, Baiku, has started moving its interests westward towards Western Europe.
